Licensed Clinical Social Worker


My name is Karla. I'm a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy, workshops, and trainings on how to manage of anxiety, stress, and OCD using a holistic approach.

My education and training is an eclectic mix of western modalities (CBT, ERP, EMDR), eastern philosophy (yoga, mindfulness), and self-compassion training. As an immigrant woman, I value providing services that are culturally sensitive and trauma-informed.
